Jacob Burrill, CPA
Jacob is an accountant with a big vision. His intention is to make a lasting, positive impact on his community by supporting and educating business owners. He takes a comprehensive approach to accounting, providing valuable strategic planning and consulting, with an eye for long-term prosperity and goal achievement.
A member of Kona’s business community since 2009, Jacob is extensively involved in local service work. He currently serves on the supervisory committee for Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union, volunteers with Hospice, and donates time to various other nonprofits. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Jacob graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance. He received his master’s degree in Accounting and is a licensed CPA in the state of Hawaii. On a day off, you’re likely to find him relaxing on one of Kona’s beautiful beaches with his wife and their two children.
Krystel Carmelo Archibald
Krystel Carmelo Archibald, brings over a decade of expertise in corporate accounting and several years of experience in business management. She has a diverse background, having worked across industries such as banking, management consulting, wholesale, and restaurants. With her entrepreneurial family background, Krystel deeply understands the challenges small businesses face and is dedicated to helping them succeed.
Passionate about education and entrepreneurship, Krystel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and is a certified QuickBooks Online Advisor. Fluent in Tagalog and Ilocano, she provides comprehensive payroll and bookkeeping training to help businesses establish a solid foundation for growth.
Krystel’s philosophy centers on prioritizing people. She believes that business success is built on strong, lasting relationships with clients, grounded in trust, honesty, and teamwork. Additionally, she emphasizes the importance of having a strong team, as she believes that collaboration and support within the team are crucial for achieving business excellence.

Hannah Ako
Hannah Ako is passionate about planning. Understanding her clients personal and financial goals is the key to creating their road map to success. Hannah emphasizes on dedication, discipline, and determination as these are the 3 action words she believe builds a strong foundation to success.
A certified QuickBooks Online Advisor and over 8 years of financial lending experience, she provides valuable insight, tools, and resources to help accomplish each milestone.
Rooted to this community and its people, Hannah has volunteered with various local organization, groups, and clubs.
Lahi Weigang
Lahilahi Leina’ala Weigang is currently a team member of Burrill Cpa Tax & Accounting in Kailua-Kona. She began working in payroll with Bill Mayse & Associates in 2014. Lahi is passionate about mastering new skills, strives for knowledge and is eager to grow in the payroll field.
Lahi was born and raised in Oahu and attended La Pietra-Hawaii School for Girls in Diamond Head. She studied the Japanese language for 7 years and made the Varsity Volleyball team as a freshman. Lahi was such an accomplished player that she made it to the Junior Olympics with Asics Volleyball Club. After completing High School Lahi moved to Silicon Valley where she managed the shipping and receiving department for Hi Tec Technologies and United Super Tech.
Lahi and her husband Tyler, who is a draftsman with Weigang Marvick and Associates, are the proud parents of three children. Sage Keahi, Koa Nawai, and Jade Leaina’ala. They also have a beautiful shih tzu dog named Ivy. Lahi and Tyler built their first home in 2016 here in Kailua-Kona. Lahi and her ʻohana are very passionate about growing their own food and have planted everything from apple, banana, mango, mamaki and citrus trees. Lahi loves fitness and enjoys cooking! Lahi’s greatest love has been raising her children in Hawaii where she treasures the cultural practices and values instilled by her family.
Sheila Rose Lo
Sheila Rose Lo embarked on her accounting career in 2008, advancing from bookkeeping to management while nurturing a deep passion for business relations. With a background in Computer Science Degree and certification as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, she adeptly supports all areas of daily operations. Sheila is dedicated to ensuring B&A Accounting’s back office runs smoothly and efficiently, all while continually pursuing professional growth and setting goals for personal development. Outside of work, she is a devoted mother to her son Kyrie, cherishing their time together. Sheila firmly believes that purpose provides direction, and as a skilled manager, she underscores the importance of strategic planning for success.
Rhoma Fabro
Rhoma Fabro, Processing Department Supervisor at B&A Accounting, holds a degree in Commerce with a major in Management. She has over 10 years of experience in the retail industry, where she developed strong skills in team management, customer service, and sales. In February 2021, she transitioned into the accounting field, bringing a fresh perspective and new skill sets.
As a certified QuickBooks Online Advisor, Rhoma is highly capable of assisting both clients and team members. Her positive attitude and work ethic fuel her desire to take on new challenges and continue her professional growth. She firmly believes that every journey begins with a single step.
Outside of work, Rhoma is passionate about nature. She enjoys gardening, planting fruits and vegetables, and finds relaxation in nurturing her garden. This hands-on connection to nature provides her with a sense of fulfillment and tranquility. Rhoma also has a deep affection for animals, showing care and compassion to all creatures great and small.
Rona Mae Libadia
Rona as a Payroll Processing Specialist at B & A Accounting, with a strong commitment to providing the best service possible. To ensure accuracy, timeliness and efficiency in payroll process. Looking forward to contribute her skills and expertise to the team.
As an Academic scholar who graduated with a holder degree in Bachelor of Science in Office Administration. A certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, a participant in Leadership and Management training. Also served as Training Assistant in Campus Journalism Skills. With experience in inventory records in the accounting industry and as a front desk in the hotel industry.
When she’s not in the office, she actively engages with her community through church. And teaches children, youth and elders in their village. Additionally, she enjoys offering advice and embracing challenges, as she firmly believes that experience is the best teacher.
Rona is enchanted by the mesmerizing allure of sunsets that give her positive vibes from their radiant beauty, with a fiery passion for the arts and a musician both acoustic and bass guitar.
Richelle De Pedro
Richelle De Pedro, the Office Administrator at B&A Accounting, is a goal-driven individual committed to achieving personal and professional growth for the benefit of the workplace, clients, and colleagues. Her journey exemplifies perseverance and continuous learning. Raised in a modest family, Richelle learned early on to value the small things and live with gratitude. She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, showcasing her dedication and hard work.
Throughout her academic years, Richelle actively participated in seminars and student organizations while taking on part-time roles in customer service, secretarial work, and HR. These experiences not only supported her financially but also provided her with a solid foundation for her future career.
After transitioning from a college professor to her current role as Office Administrator at B&A Accounting, Richelle has expanded her expertise, honing her communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills. Her philosophy of lifelong learning drives her to view challenges as opportunities for growth.
In her personal life, Richelle enjoys spending time with her nephews, exploring different genres of music, and reading books focused on personal development. She believes that life is a continuous journey of learning and approaches each day with curiosity and openness.
Eric Jonh Balatar
Eric began his career in accounting in 2021. With a strong focus on precision and efficiency, he specializes in managing financial data to support accurate reporting and decision-making.
Eric maintains a strong commitment to integrity in all aspects of his work. A certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, he prioritizes teamwork and is skilled in optimizing financial processes to contribute to organizational success.
Everything starts from the bottom, keep your chin high. Eric managed both college studies and a job at the same time in order to graduate. He also likes to participate in school competitions related to computers, such as programming, computer system servicing, and web design.
When he’s not at the office. Eric enjoys going on rides, exploring different places, and taking care of his pet dog and fish at home.
Julius Beltran
Julius began his journey with the firm in 2022, bringing with him a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology earned in 2019. His background includes hands-on experience in installing CCTVs and troubleshooting computer systems, showcasing his strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Julus is passionate about expanding his expertise, particularly in photo editing and various coding languages, to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency at B&A Accounting. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, discovering new culinary experiences, playing video games, and indulging in movies from various genres and eras. These hobbies not only provide relaxation but also stimulate his creativity and problem-solving skills.
